We are pleased to have staged many homes in the Portland area - from chic modern lofts - to restored turn of the century homes– to simple family dwellings - to multi-million dollar estates. However, our approach at NWS is not your standard “cookie-cutter” approach. We don’t just put a couple of chairs into a room and consider them professionally staged. We look at the big picture through the eyes of a potential buyer. How will they feel the minute they drive up to the house and when they take their first steps in the door? Does your house have unique features that need to be maximized or challenging features that need to be minimized? We see the ultimate goal as being a successful sale for the seller. Nothing more, nothing less.
